"DO NOT COME HERE If I could give negative stars I would for starters they do not care about appointment times you will be waiting minimum a hour and 30 minutes just to be seen. Front desk is incredibly rude give nasty attitude when asked questions. I showed up to change obgyns and they had a disgusting attitude towards me changing doctors. They had assured me that records would be sent to my new obgyn. When I arrived at my new doctors office for my appointment they had not received my records I called and was told they would be sending them right away a hour later nothing was sent I called again they immediately hung up so I continued to call they finally picked up and gave me yet again nasty attitude this place is a joke DO NOT COME HERE!!! save your time and go to another provider"

"The office staff is truly horrible! Unprofessional, rude and incredibly condescending. I am tolerant and patient but my experience with scheduling and management has been on of the worst (if not the worst) I’ve ever had. I read the negative comments but thought I would give the office a chance and form my own opinion and they lived up to all the negative reviews. My Doctor is wonderful but this is one of the most unprofessional offices I’ve visited. Get it together!"

"I had been coming here for years. Wait time is always terrible. You can get there 15 min before your appointment and you will still wait an hour from your appointment time before you’re actually called. When I got pregnant I decided to stay with them since they had all my records and I’ve been there for years. Well, I was induced a week early even though baby had not been in the lower position. The doctor told me if the baby was more than 8 pounds I wouldn’t be able to deliver naturally. … they didn’t do any weight or measurements while I was being induced. I was in the hospital for 2 - 3 days being induced. I wasn’t dilating either. They said they were going to send me home even though I had contractions less than a min apart. Where was my doctor ? I don’t know because he don’t show until he came to say he was going to keep inducing me. At which I said NO. So they did a c section and baby weighed 8lbs and 6oz. Idk why he didn’t go with the weighing and c section instead of inducing me for so long. I had no complications and less knowledge than I do know. I should’ve just waited it out till my water broke or something. On the follow up he doesn’t even bother to read your chart. He asked me who are you ? And why am I there ? Like … at least read the chart before you walk in. I had Dr. Mejía. And the staff is terrible. In person and on the phone. They give you attitude. They’ll chit chat about random gossip while you’re there waiting to ask a question - even though they see you waiting. You can be mid conversation with them and they will cut you off and attend something or someone else. It’s like they don’t care. I left that place and so over how they treat people."
