"I gave them 2 stars because she was good in the beginning. Overall experience I would give her maybe 1 star. On the first few visits, she was very good, she listened and showed concern. After a couple of years, I saw changes in her demeanor. She was always in a hurry and consultation felt very rushed. The last one was the worst! She decided that she “could not” see me at the last minute after I already sitting in her consultation room because she had to “attend to a cosmetic laser treatment patient”. I have to drive 45 minutes every time to her clinic since I live in a different town. None of her staff bothered to ask me if it was ok that a nurse would see me instead of Dr. Judy, or reschedule my appointment. I was having a problem that at my age I was heavily bleeding due to the medication that she prescribed. The medication that she prescribed was for hot flashes but instead, it caused me heavy bleeding and it didn't fix the hot flashes at all! Unfortunately, my health is not a priority compared to a cosmetic procedure since that brings more money to her. Well, she doesn't have to see me anymore since I will not waste my time and gas driving 45 minutes to this Dr again!"
