"By far one of the most incompetent brokers around. I was trying to obtain a cheaper quote since everything has been going up. So we first decided to move forward with the car insurance quote. I was super happy with the quote I received of $458, compared to my $560. The following month I received an email from allstate saying my policy is changing because I didn't homeowners insurance policy with them. I didn't receive a call from alexandria, this came in an email directly from allstate. The monthly payment then jumped to $608 a month. I called alexandria and asked her why my policy jumped so high after just one month of service. She then explained that when she put the quote in she bundled the services of car and home. I told her thats not what we agreed on. But I was like ok, lets get a policy going. Lets do the homeowners insurance policy so I can keep the discount. I provided her with my current homeowner insurance policy to insure we are comparing apples to applies. She then provides me with a quote of $2300 for the yr which is great because my current policy was 2600. I then spend the $125 for the wind mitigation report on my 2017 home. They send the report to allstate and then Alexandria tells me that the updated policy quote is 2900. Something about not having a hip roof is affecting the policy. By this time I have already canceled my previous auto policy and started with allstate. This whole scenario could of been prevent if Alexandria would of just done due diligence and took her time inputting information into the system. Crazy to have to go thru all this with a brokerage firm."

"After having Allstate insurance for 45 years, Allstate dropped me because changed my bank and did not enter my new information correctly. So, I went three months without paying (yes, I should watch my banking more carefully!). I did not realized it was canceled, paid what I owed and they dropped me. I am just so stunned and disappointed. My parents have always had Allstate as well, probably 50 years or more. I had one fender bender and used the towing service three times. Again, I am totally stunned especially during this global health crisis where people are struggling to pay their bills and Allstate doesn't seem to care at all. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. I have Gieco now and I got a discount for being a school teacher, so I actually pay less a month."

"UPDATE: As of 7.5.19 there was no refund issued by the Kelley agency. They have ignored all requests from VISA and Wells Fargo to refund back the $669.94. I received a call on 4.26.19 from Alexandria Griffin an agent with Kevin Kelley Allstate in Jupiter, Florida. She was trying to convince me that she could give me a great offer on an auto policy. I told her that if she could offer me the same coverage and lower price than I have currently, I would consider changing. I emailed her my current auto policy with terms, conditions and price. Alexandria sent me a copy of the coverage she could provide. I would save about $30.00 per month and have identical coverage. She said with a new policy I would have to pay 4 months payments upfront. I gave her my credit card info, she was not suppose to process the payment $669.94 until I signed the contract. I soon found out that she processed the payment immediately. There was a delay in sending out the agreement that I was suppose to sign. When I finally received the documents to sign, it was totally different than the estimate she sent me originally. Instead of being approximately $30.00 less per month it was $63.50 more per month for the exact same coverage I have with Nationwide. When I called her and asked her, how is it possible that in a matter of a couple of days the price increased by about $93.50. She replied I need to compare apples with apples. The coverage she was offering was exactly identical but the new price would be so much more than I was paying now. When I sent her the copy of my current coverage I clearly stated to her I will only consider changing insurance companies if I get the exact same coverage at a lower price. I told her that I will not sign this contract and that she needs to process a refund immediately. She sent me an email that the process was cancelled. I was informed that a refund of $669.94 would take place within 24-48 hours. I notified the owner Kevin Kelley & informed him of how Agent Alexandria Griffin misrepresented a couple of serious things to me. One being the increase of $93.50 more per month. The other serious thing was processing 4 months payment before I signed the contract.Talking to Kevin Kelley, was like talking to a wall. He said absolutely nothing but uh huh uh huh. Never apologized, never said, I’ll issue a refund of $669.94, never said I’ll talk to Alexandria and get this resolved, just uh huh uh huh. Be aware everyone! This agency will be under investigation and they’re in jeopardy of having their licenses suspended and or revoked. Stay away from these dangerous money grabbing vultures who misrepresent and is participating in fraudulent activity."
