"Horrible switching to another cheaper insurance and they don’t make it easy in the slightest. Won’t stop the automatic payment even with notice. They can take your money quick but to get a refund it would be almost 2 weeks. Do not use this insurance it’s not worth it."

"DO NOT EVER USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. My car was STOLEN two weeks ago, I live part time in Florida and part time in Boston and they know this and everything is fine considering I pay them $400 EVERY MONTH but not now when I actually need them to help me. My car was found abandoned in Miami 1.5hr away from where I stay and Tracy Bushman and Kim (forget last name but she's apparently a specialized bser or whatever her job title is told me I HAD TO GO AND GET THE CAR which when i got there was not able to drive so I had to pay for the tow back to my place. BY THE WAY THIS IS ALL ONLY HAPPENING BECAUSE OF ME I HAD TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH EVERYTHING NOT ONCE DID THEY VOLUNTEER ANY INFORMATION, I HAVE ACTUALLY NEVER EVEN SPOKEN TO TRACY BUSHMAN OVER THE PHONE WHICH IS INSANE TO ME. Then a week later the insurance appraiser comes out, takes a total of 5 min to look at the car says its worth $1500 in damages HILARIOUS CONSIDERING THE ENTIRE INSIDE WAS TORN APART, TIRES CHANGED, SPEAKERS RIPPED OUT, THE WHOLE COMPUTER SISTER SCREWED WITH. AGAIN NO ONE TELLS ME WHAT NEXT STEPS TO TAKE so I have the car towed to the nearest Nissan dealership as my car is LEASE and they tell me that its WAY more in damages than it was appraised for so they have the guy come back out and today minutes after he leaves I get an EMAIL saying my claim was DENIED why???? because they say I live mainly in FLORIDA which is UNTRUE I have been coming back and forth from here to Boston since COVID and was told that was not a problem. I will write a bad review everyday and do anything in my power to make sure this company is known for the TERRIBLE service and basically SCAM me since I have paid them well over what the car is worth with them since I have had this insurance. KARMA IS REAL TRACY AND KIM, I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY, SINCE MY CAR WAS STOLEN I HAVE NOT AND YOU ALL HAVE BEEN ACTING LIKE I AM THE CRIMINAL WHO STOLE IT. You all deserve zero stars."
