"AVOID... YOU WILL OVERPAY WITH THEM...HIS NEW AGENCY DOES'NT HAVE ALL 29 CARRIERS IN THE STATE. THEY ONLY HAVE 18. Apart from that their service is not up to par. I have had 3 policies with Eric and Farmers. Upon the exit of Farmers of Florida I reached out to Eric through email 4 times and simply asked for a call back. I understood he probably was inundated with clients when this first happened, but to not call a client back till January is Shamefully awful embarrassing service. Based on his service he obviously doesn't care about every client. My polices totaled close to $11k in business for them, so I may not be the biggest client but I was still surprised that taking the time to call a client back from June till January was a hard task. With all that said, I will warn you that they unfortunately do not have all the carriers in Florida to get a competitive rate. THE AVERAGE INSURANCE BROKER HAS 29 CARRIERS....ERIC ONLY HAS 18. THAT MEANS YOU WILL 100 PERCENT NOT GET THE BEST QUOTE. Because he is a new Independent Agent he does not have all the carriers. I GOT BETTER QUOTES FROM EVERY OTHER INSURANCE BROKER WE CALLED UP. So if your with them, beware of the fact that the owner doesn't care for his clients and there is a good chance you'll overpay."

"Eric reached out to me when I was looking for a lower rate on home insurance. He ask that we have a roof mitigation and 4 Point inspection completed. I was able to get that done in a day and sent him the report. Unfortunately my breaker box panel did not pass. He apologized that Farmers would not cover us. So I was able to get my electrician out and he fixed the issue. I sent Eric the corrections and we now have homer owner insurance for thousands of dollars less than what we had been spending and we have the same coverage. I'm very pleased!"
