"I see why the reviews are as low as they are. As a phlebotomist myself, I know this experience should not be as painful as it was. I was hydrated and fasting. My vein was ready to go. Since I know they can look up who stuck me, I'm not putting any names. Tourniquet placement was good and tight enough. She had me tighten my fist which is not necessary when they vein is already popping out. She clean the area to then fan it out with her hand and then touch the area she cleaned. She then proceeds to stick me without anchoring the skin and as the bevel is barely in there she pushes the tube to get some blood. She also kept the tourniquet on the whole time which is more than what is needed. Please please please get some proper training because this should not have hurt as bad as it did. As someone who bruises very easily, this is not gonna look on my arm and when done correctly I don't bruise."

"Wait time is atrocious. Staff is friendly, facility is nice. Unfortunately I have to go there a couple times a year. I asked my phlebotomist if its always this busy, she said yes. They use iPad's for check in now and the phlebotomist has to do all of the paperwork in addition to collecting blood samples. They have twice as many workstations as they use, and reception stations are unmanned. I dread going to Quest because its such a long wait time. My schedule is hectic, so I cannot make an appointment 2 months in the future."

"Convenient location service is okay but if appt. Is scheduled the wait is terrible. Not sure why delayed. There was a patient getting blood drawn and when she left apologized for being there so long, she didn't know why kept there so long . previous experiences here were good again not sure if staff changed or what's going on back there. Will investigate"

"The lab's unpleasent technicians and their refusal to accept walk-ins, despite an empty lobby, left me frustrated and dissatisfied. What's more, attempting to schedule an appointment was an absolute nightmare, as it seemed impossible to secure a slot. The attitude of the lab technicians was far from welcoming. Their lack of professionalism and unfriendly demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's disheartening when the very individuals responsible for providing healthcare services fail to exhibit basic courtesy and empathy towards patients."

"Nobody really enjoys getting a blood draw, but I had a good experience here. I was taken in exactly at my appointment time, and my phlebotomist Agnes was very kind and friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes."
