"If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is extremely disorganized. I called 11/28 to verify they accepted my insurance to book an annual physical as a new patient. However, it took them two months to answer my call and never returned a voicemail as they stated they do. I finally got a hold of someone 1/4/23 and booked an appointment for the following Wednesday. As soon as I arrived I was told I was not even in the system and that I would have to come back later in the day. Mind you I live 30 mins away and took time off work for this original appointment. If you are looking for a doctor office with their business in order look elsewhere."

"My name is Rondoe Malone. I started going to Winter Park family physicians. A couple of years ago. I am on dialysis waiting a kidney transplant. If it wasn't for ARNP Sheryl Frost and Dr. Shamberger. And all the great staff they have working for them. I do not know where I would be right now. This is such a great primary Care office. I would recommend everyone if you need a good primary care doctor. Please make an appointment here. Whenever I'm not feeling well. They always have time to see me. And I just want to thank Cheryl Frost so much for picking up on that I was taking too much of a medication. That could damage my kidneys more. If the rating was higher I would give them a million."

"I have been going here for about 3 years and have had NO problems. Don’t know what the other negative reviews are all about! Cheryl the nurse practioner is the best! I always get called with lab results and have always gotten prescriptions called in with no issues. Even when I was in CA for a month. Just a good office altogether!"

"I'm happy with my doctor but the office staff is another story. I've been calling every day for 2 weeks trying to get a test result and still haven't been helped. Update: Raising from 2 to 3 stars. I sent an email and got a response. If you are doing anything other than making an appointment, send an email, they don't answer the phone."
