"Terrible experience. Simply trying to change insurance? Endless nightmare. Surprisingly, the process took almost 2 months, an infinite number of emails and calls, and my full ongoing supervision to get things done. Babysitting the agent, and after days finding out she had never contacted my lender. I would still be waiting if I didn't proactively contact my lender and previous insurance. I wish I had known this before since the possible saving is not worth the horrible experience and wasted time."

"WORST COMPANY AND THE WORST AGENT LISA DONVITO no professional at all. worst customer service and totally agreed with the rest of the people that DO NOT LIKE THIS COMPANY.This has to be bar none the worst insurance agency ever. No matter how much planning you do with them to get information, it will be a waste of time and then they will spring a policy on you a few days before renewal that is worthless. They do not even convey material items that has changed from you prior policies even though they ask you to sign something that is supposed to indicate the changes from your current policy. If you care about making sure you have the proper insurance, go elsewhere."
