"I was their client for years. Never called them for anything. The only time I called them for a revision on my policy, they told me that all the agents were busy and they would call me back. That was a month ago. Still waiting for the call. I had to cancel my policy with them and look for another place where I can get a good customer service. And even for that, I called them last week, having to call again today and STILL waiting for them to cancel my old policy. In my experience, terrible costumer service"
