"This office used to be very very good but something happened after 20 years. Worst customer service ever. They are way under staff also no one answer the phone and you need to call like for 48 hours to reach an executive."

"This agency has declined in service over the years, now it just appears to be about to go out of business, Ana in customer service doesn't know the meaning of servicing customers, she doesn’t answer the phone when she recognizes the number on caller ID, and can do better in a baseball team fielding calls. For the last two weeks they were out of compliance, no agents at the agency, because of a personal emergency. Even if I assume that both agents had situations preventing them from being in the office, where was Mr. Lopez? Or another agent from another agency to cover? Ivonne, one of his agents, after being in the wrong threw the issue into another agent, horrible people skills, rude and unprofessional. In such a competitive market the mindset of "my way or the highway" is a sure way to lose business. Mr. Lopez hasn’t been there any of the time during the two weeks that I’ve called or gone by, and after leaving him a few messages, his lack of response and involvement makes me think he doesn't care either. Weston has other agencies with great reviews, and we are taking our business elsewhere. Many years of patronage lost for lack of service."
