"I have years of experience with this place, from my primary care to my psychiatrist. Please, if you can afford any other place, do yourself a favor and avoid compass health. They only care about your money. They’ll call and text at unscheduled times, charge you for visits and hang up in less than a minute. You’ll get your refills if that’s what you’re looking for but they truly don’t care about your health. Mind you, I never saw the actual doctor (Dr. Segal), just his assistants. Still getting messages about fees they’re charging on visits I never had. Just a terrible place."

"Sales manager very rude. Unprofessional. I bought 3 policies for my family from them. Dental, Health and enhancer. It felt like she was picking the policy from the shelves. Not knowing the cons and real limitations of what she was selling. Turned out the feeling was right. First time my family had to have medical or dental coverage the policies turned out to be completely useless for us. Nowadays Insurance plans are filled with hidden costs, unclear limitations, between the lines pro and cons, foggy benefits. As a client you expect an Insurance agent to be able to guide and educate you IN DETAILS over the pros and cons of a plan they are selling. Especially clarify all the negative aspects that are hidden in the insurance contracts that a professional eye and knowledgeable agent should have. It did not happen with the plans the sales manager sold to us and that put my family at risk because when needed we found out we had insurance plans that did not cover our needs. Be aware. I do not recommend the place."
