"This insurance does not care about its customer. I have been taking the same medication for a long time under Aetna coverage. Suddenly the company decided they will not cover this medication that they recommended 3.5 years ago. The medication works perfectly for me and i have to take it for the rest of my life. Now Aetna for some reason wants me to try a different medication telling me to try it for a month and if it doesn’t work my doctor could petition for me. Keep in mind that these Aetna division maker are not doctors. Taking the drug that they recommended could cause problem according to my doctor. My treatment is not a trial and error, my well being is not for you to mess with just because you want to promote a drug that is made in india so you can save money on my acount. I am disappointed in Aetna’s way of conducting business. The first chance i have to cancel this insurance. I will."

"I work for an Aetna provider and have been trying to get thru to some one to handle and issue that has been going on for months. The provider shows as in network when you ask but when the claims get to the processing department they are denied as out of network. We regularly spend hours on the phone to get each claim sent back to be re-processed after the denial is incorrectly done. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! and cannot get thru to ANYONE to help with this every representative states that they are making notes to have it corrected BUT IT NEVER GETS DONE. Our calls get ignored and we are constantly transferred to any number of people to only get disconnected in the end with out any resolution."

"Disgusting place to work, and be a part of. Higher managers are easily influenced. I personally know of a employee that used to sneak out of work to go out with her other half. And the manager would always cover for her. It's a very disgusting place to work. She has moved on now due to the fact management found out what she was doing. She was a short fat female. Always acting like she was the saint of the company. Miss. J white. Yeah. Management's pet.such a shame."
