"Overall the gym itself is okay. It is a great gym for beginners and has all the equipment needed to get started. My issue with this gym came once I left. I followed the instructions per my contract about canceling my membership, however, I was still charged for 2 extra month and never reimbursed. About 45 days before my last day at the gym I spoke with someone at the front desk about canceling my membership. He went ahead with the paper work and gave me a copy. LUCKILY I took a picture of this paper because about a month after canceling my membership (or so i thought) I was charged for that month’s membership. I called immediately and they said they had no records of me canceling the membership. I said well lucky for me that I kept a picture of this paper because I have proof and can send it. So they asked me to email it in and once processed I would receive a refund. As refunds take awhile to process I kind of forgot and just assumed this was handled until the next month when I was charged once again. I called them again saying hey I sent in all the paper work why am I still being charged? They said my form was never processed because it was a picture not a hard copy. I no longer had the hard copy as this was about 3.5 month since canceling and I had moved. At this point I was angry because none of this is my fault and I should not be responsible for them not doing their jobs correctly. Finally I spoke with a manager who said it was processed and I should be getting a refund. Another month later the charges have finally been stopped but I was only refunded for one of the months I was incorrectly charged instead of both. I do not have time to keep bothering these people about the money they owe me, but wanted to come on here to warn others. Moral of the story, MAKE SURE YOU KEEP HARD COPIES OF THE CANCELLATION PAPERWORK AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT FREQUENTLY FOR THE MONTHS AFTER OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU CANCELED YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXACTLY THE WAY THE CONTRACT STATES."

"The gym is supposed to be a positive uplifting friendly environment. The Saturday Female morning trainer does a poor job exhibiting that energy to members that do not attend her trainings. While writing this review, I have just been warned to not cross paths with that specific trainer by another gym member. I believe the standards need to be more strict in-regards to the hiring process. Kindness matters!"

"We came while visiting to try their 3 day free pass were really satisfied with our experience! There's a wide array of equipment to use, including free weights, plate loaded machines, and cardio equipment. The equipment seems pretty kept up with and it also helps a ton that they make sure the people working out are cleaning off their equipment. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and we look forward to our next few days here!"
