The Florida insurance commission should take their license away for harassment. No one should have to be tortured by this company ,I would not buy insurance from them for any thing."

Finally, when she realized that she had in fact botched the auto-payment setup, she simply passed the buck to another representative and disappeared into the ether, without even so much as an apology.
