"First off, we waited approximately 3 minutes due to no one being at the counter. When asked what we needed I proceeded to say that we wanted information about the gym’s offers. The person gave us a plastic card with the gym’s information and told us these are the same offers that you would find online. Today my wife and I were on a gym research to see where we would feel more comfortable and happy. Needless to say that just for the “welcoming attention” that we had was one of the reasons to not become part of Planet Fitness. Very disappointed."
"Machines well-maintained, emphasis on cleanliness and sanitizing is appropriate, availability of machines versus users is usually good, able to isolate smaller attendance windows with app crowd-meter, check-in is instantaneous, larger overhead fans and fans built into equipment are a huge plus for additional comfort, front desk usually attentive, machine-attached TV options are a great feature on some equipment, hours are good offering widespread access. Would like to see faster turnaround times on re-enabling disabled machines."

"Love ❤️ this Planet Fitness. Unlike the Lake Mary location the staff clean, speak softly and smile loudly. This location actually have trainers. Staff is working and not standing around passing time as I have witnessed at other locations. Even the folks working out move different. Love coming here and will continue to."
"Traveler looking for the nearest Planet Fitnest from my location in Orlando...yes! Beautiful facilities, friendly atmosphere. This place is big, full of weight and cardio machines. I have a black card membership that allows me to go to any Planet fitness locations. It is a must for travelers who, like me, besides partying and hotel discovering, maintain a healthy lifestyle. Go there fo your self a favor."
