"First Years is the most amazing school with the very best teachers and director. Mrs. Chambley greets each child by name in the morning, she prays over the children for their class placement and just genuinely cares for the children and their families. The teachers are phenominal. They teach, train, and love each child deeply while showing them the love of Christ. I can't say enough great things about this school!"

"This place goes above and beyond amazing. My daughter took their VPK class with Ms. Wetzl and Ms. Wilde. She is still in love with them. They were the most amazing pair and our daughter learned so much academically as well as from her Bible. Our youngest took the 2 Year Olds preschool class. He had two great teachers as well, Ms. Felix and Ms. O'Connor. I honestly was shocked at how much he learned through their teaching and how much he retained over the summer. While 2 year olds only get to go 2 times a week, he would cry when he saw his sister got to go two more days. I loved that this has small class sizes. The playground is great and age appropriate. They have a music teacher and art, guests such as firemen with fire trucks, school bus, farm day with a petting zoo and horseback ride. Im so thankful for all the teachers and the principal and staff who love these kids deeply and their gift of teaching. Having moved out of the Orlando area abd visiting other preschools, we have just now seen how incredibly blessed we were and have been unable to find a school as clean, loving, with a solid curriculumn and unapologetic stance on being a Christian preschool. I hope you will have the opportunity for your kids to love attending First Years Preschool."

"I'm not sure the previous poster is referring to the right place, as First Years Preschool in Oviedo does not have an infant class. I have had 2 children at First Years, kindergarten and VPK. We absolutely loved the Kindergarten and felt that it was the best activity my children have ever participated in. It was such a wonderful and unique program, and something that is very hard to find in Florida these days. It was a lot of fun, and managed to be a very good fit for both the struggling student, and the advanced student. Half day kindergarten covers the same material as full day, but in less time. So the advanced student doesn't have to sit around while the struggling learners figure it out. The ones who didn't catch on at school had the option to either catch up at home, being taught by their parents (which is the best way to learn IMO), or to go to Kindergarten again at another school the following year. The optional homework was great for that. VPK is just like any other VPK. I definitely liked it. The teachers are very nice, and I do recommend it, but there wasn't anything special about it. The rooms don't smell!"
