"hands down best gym ever found in my 47 years of life!!!! you are treated like family by everyone not just the staff. the entire team cares about your wellness. for example I have 4 buging herniated discs 2 diacs smashing my spinal cord plus degeneration of the spinal cord and a bunch of other stuff. they make sure that I do not injure myself that my posture is always correct and always have alternates for me to do to get the best out of my workout and always super fun. always walk out like u fell in a pool dripping of sweat"

"Great staff who is very informative and helpful. The gym is clean and well set up. The classes are fun and are a great workout! The time feels like it passes by quickly especially because you are having fun while you work. I love the videos with the words of each exercise and then the coaches do a great job explaining and showing you each set too. And community here is encouraging and positive. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone from beginners to experienced!"
