"I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company falsely denied my workmen’s comp claim. I’m law enforcement, and work in a prison where I contracted COVID. I am surrounded by hundreds of inmates and staff members on a daily basis, and even provided them with the specific circumstances under which I contracted COVID, as well as additional documentation. When I received my denial letter, I tried numerous times to get ahold of the adjuster. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me I could get an attorney if I wanted to. They also kept blaming it on the governor’s directive. I think it’s amusing that a company that probably enables some of their employees to work from home is denying benefits to a law enforcement officer whom is required to work in close contact with hundreds of people in a confined area on a day-to-day basis. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and hope I do not have anymore dealings with them in the future."

"I’m actually filing a complaint with the better business bureau. They denied my claim but I work in law enforcement so it should have been covered. On top of that my doctor and I left my adjuster several voicemails and she literally never called back but when you call the call center they say there’s nothing they can do to help you, call the adjuster. Very poor excuse of a company."
