"Wasn't real happy they heated my sub. I didn't read anywhere all the subs were heated. I was hoping for a cold sub. It was messy with cheese dripping. Flavor was ok. Honey ham was a bit over powering so no taste to rest of the Italian sub."

"Freaky slow. Waited 25 minutes in store for 3 subs! I guess their priority is online orders. Customers in the store should be first priority! Online orders can wait. Food was good though once we finally got it."

"I went here a few minutes ago and I had to pay extra for my sandwich to come on a toasted garlic bread and once I received it and tasted it I realized that there was no taste of garlic at all. The appearance was nothing as the picture showed and the person behind the counter said to me that the company over does their advertising just to sell it. He said he could remake it but told me it would come out the same way. I have eaten here for many years and I still have 35,000 plus rewards to prove it. I thought that I should not have felt like I had lost something when I left but I did. I truly lost respect for the store and if I as a customer didn't feel satisfied the way the person spoke down on the advertising made it worse."

"The service was very slow. One of customer waited 25 minutes for his order. The cashier indicated they would skip his order in front of other customers after complaining about the wait. My order also took 25 minutes longer than what the my order confirmation estimate. I witness another customer complain that her order was wrong and they had to redo the order. The cashier had a very bad attitude with customers. Customers waited near the indicated sign for pick up and were told they did not like customers standing in that area. I waited at the end of the counter and another employee uttered it was probably not a good place to stand as he walked by to get chips for another order. That sign should be moved if it is inconvenient for employees. Customers are not at fault for standing where indicated and should not be disrespected for following signage."

"It's pretty tough to beat a good Firehouse Sub. This location was pretty empty on a Saturday night but still took about 10 minutes to get our 2 small sandwiches to us. Not the end of the world, but certainly not ideal. Friendly staff and a nice plus is the outdoor seating available in front. My wife and I both opted for a small sub tonight and with water to drink, the total came out to just over $11. We also used Bite Squad recently to order from this location and our sandwiches arrived just as requested. Definitely worth stopping in for, especially if you enjoy hot, steamy subs. So good!"
