"I am super upset with Del Toro insurance and want to share this experience so others are aware of their incompetence and think twice before using them for as your car insurance agent. They collected $200 + from me for my insurance policy and started my policy 2 weeks after the initial start date was supposed to be. Then to cancel it's been impossible. Management doesn't respond to your request, they let the staff/receptionist take are of it. This company takes no accountability for their mistakes and I DONT recommend that people use them!!"

I was in a hurry because I was on my lunch hour and I needed insurance this was in January 2020 . She was very thural and found the besy policy at the right price. I had seversl complex issues and Michelle was able to address them. She also follows up and returns calls. Today (3/30/20) she also helped me with a complex problem that was unsolvable.
