It is important to note that policies are usually canceled on the payment due date, with a pro-rata refund available. Once the client agrees to the terms and conditions of a policy, we issue the policy with the insurer. Premium payment can be made on the same day as the contract or withdrawn until the policy's effective date.

Policies can be canceled before the effective date, with a 100% refund available. Once policies have started, cancellation is available until the policy is paid - there is no mandatory period or need to keep the policy until its original termination date.
