"I just want to comment my experience here I was attended by “LIZBETH FONSECA” Ext.2012 it was very unpleasant service. When you go to your insurance company you expect the best service correct? But in my case it was not like that. When I was explaining to her my situation about a new car I purchased letting her know I no longer had it and they were charging me a policy she had no interest in helping me after I explained to her that I got my old car back and that in the meantime I needed her help to clear the policy. They were charging me as if I had the new car and that wasn’t he case. Truth be told she didn’t know nor had the correct words to explain what was going on. It seems like she had poor experience in this company but not only that what made my experience unpleasant was her lack of professionalism in her behavior when speaking to me. I would appreciate the company DELTORO INSURANCE to please check their employees. As a client I am expecting the best of you all. Thank you very much. - Maria"
