"It’s cheap, but literally no one speaks English. No one. Not one person is bilingual. It’s extremely difficult to communicate with them at all. It’s honestly illegal depending on how many English speakers apply for the job or if the employee there people strictly through word of mouth. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve seen restaurants where no one speaks English, but for a US based insurance company this is insane and honestly it’s a bit irresponsible as a business owner."
