"If you are looking for basic connection or a 3rd place DO NOT go to this location. Every time I walk in my presence isn’t greeted and let alone no one smiles or seems genuinely interested in connection. I’m not sure if this is Starbucks post COVID but it’s been long enough guys, time to get back to basics."

"I don’t know where to start. God awful customer service and drink quality. I ordered my usual venti iced 4 shot vanilla latte at the speaker box and drove right up to window. i was handed a hot one, i let the barista know i wanted it iced and was asked to pull to front of store. i waited out front for 10minutes before i decided i should go back through the drive through and see what the delay was. i let lady know i was still waiting and she giggled and said “i’m sorry we forgot to run it out”. during my wait i could see into the cafe where staff was laughing and sipping coffee chatting with each other. After receiving my coffee it still wasn’t made correctly and had less then a quarter of ice it normally has. Manger doesn’t know what he’s doing and needs to get control of staff. i miss Meagan and Drew"
"Usually one of my favorite places but the last few times they have been giving other people their orders that ordered in line behind me. Too much disorganization management should definitely help the people outfront more."
"Really good service as soon as I walked in I was already being served. There's no coffee quite as good as starbucks. The Caramel ribbon crunch Is my favorite frappuccino."
