"This place is slipping. Nowhere as good as it used to be. No unsweetened tea. Now, you need to scan your receipt to fill your own drink. Two customers requested refunds and left due to excessive time to get their food. My burger was not hot enough. Place was much better when they had waitstaff, table service, real plates, silverware, and glassware. Hope they return to their original business plan."

"Ordered online for 7 pm pickup. I arrived at 6:55 pm and had to wait over 35 min to get my food. My order was not ready at 7:00 pm like it should have been. This is a constant issue with this location. I'm done. Deleting app"

". We waited 20 minutes for our food. Team members couldn’t be bothered. We ordered 4 milkshakes and paid for extra whipped cream. None of that had them and they called out our drinks and disappeared before we could get up there. After spending 5 minutes trying to talk to someone they said they were out. It just seemed like no one cared. Stale buns, burnt burgers, cold fries. I swear by Steak ‘n Shake but this experience was a 0/10. Not to mention, I tried to get a box for my son and waited 10 minutes. The entire staff disappeared at the same time. I’m not sure if it was a smoke break or what. But I saw 3-4 different employees and they were all gone. I"

"Terrible service. The workers were more worried about their nights than helping me. I waited about 10 minutes before they prepared my order. Dirty, smelly and unprepared restaurant. They didn't even have the fryer on when I ordered my food so no fries. How does a burger place not have fries.... I got a chili to replace it but it was tasteless and watery. Tasted like ground beef. Then look at my "famous" milkshake and My sad dried mess of a burger. Never again will I eat at a steak and shake."

"Beautiful building love the oldie murals! The steak burger with cheese was so tasty and of course the onion rings best by far I've ever had! French fries with ketchup Al's good and of course coke is always good. Drive thru fast friendly and got our order correct with napkins and ketchup thank you Steak n Shake highly recommend and will definitely be back!!"
