Burger King

"Was just inside this location, it’s 12:09 on Wednesday. We were inside the place for at least ten minutes while the manager helped 2 customers in front of us. When it came our turn she completely ignored us as if we weren’t even standing there. Instead she decides she’s going to straighten the cups in the holders below the counter. I am not racist however the person she did help was African American which was the same race she was. I feel like maybe there was possibly some racism there. I am white. Not to mention there was a kid who tried to take our order, and she told him no to go help the drive thru while she played with the paper bags with her back to us, while the other workers did their best to work under her. We still never said a word until the incident where the boy tried to help us. I am sad that this location has turned into whatever it has become. This is not the first time at this location where the same woman has acted toward me, I just didn’t leave a review until now. I will never attend this location again, I will also let everyone I know about the horrible customer service at this location"

"I visited Burger King 15 minutes before closing and ordered fries, but I received the worst fries I’ve ever had from a fast-food restaurant. They seemed to have been prepared quickly, possibly the day's leftovers. The fries were almost inedible, like something you’d find behind the fryer. I understand it’s closing time, but honestly, it felt like I was served trash. Just say if the fries are old, I would've not ordered them."

"Second time that I've gotten to this specific Burger King at 8:30pm to get my dine-in order and upon entering O get greeted by "Sir the lobby is closed, you have to use the drive thru" Can't really complain, though, sometimes they are shirt staffed and really, going to the drive through isn't a big deal at all. My order gets fulfilled super accurately and the employees are always super nice."

"This location has to be the worst location. Waited at the drive thru with no other cars for 10 mins and at the window for another 10 mins and still was the only car. Repeated my order 3 times for the one taking it and they even said at the window, “you had the meal with the plain burger.” i said yes. Food came with everything on it. Then for them to be out of bacon and onion rings. This place should just close down at this point. Also, food cold. I watched the one running the window preparing foods for ghosts because there was no one there not even inside for almost 10 mins. I just don’t under"

"I ordered delivery. The delivery driver was excellent. Burger King not so much. The mozzarella sticks were old as if they had been under the heat all day. The cheese was orange! The sandwiches were just slopped in the wrapping. It was nasty. We just ordered from elsewhere. Burger King went to the trash!!"
