"Morning busy as usual, took me 30 minutes to get my order which I don’t mind given is rush hour. When I got it was wrong and the quality of the coffee was poor. Noticed after pulling out the drive thru, decided to leave given how busy it was. Place is usually good tho"

"This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I just moved to the city and have tried four times to give this one a chance, and today was my last visit. The employees are so rude. Just today while I was waiting 12 minutes for the second drink to my mobile order, 3 other people complained about something being missing or completely wrong. The black coffee was stale and the employees smack talked her when she walked away asking for a fresh cup. Most Starbucks are the friendliest people I’ve ever met, but I loathe going to this location and will go out of my way to go somewhere else."

"Went on a busy Saturday morning and the whole team was working hard. Amado in particular was great! He kept his patience with a customer who was confused & angry and was very kind. It was a longer wait for my drink (drive-thru and inside were packed), but all employees were incredible in getting orders completed."
