Labcorp at Walgreens

"We came in early to do a walk in. There were several technicians working. They did not call people who were walk ins. Are they not supposed to take walking in between appointments? I’ve done walk-ins before for other Lab Corp and this is not acceptable."

"Gotta love getting PROFILED at 7:05 in the morning. Came a hr before my regular scheduled blood test (not a drug screening) with my orders and ID in hand to ask a question and literally before I even said a word; the taller chubby non English speaking woman (how’s it feel) said “we no do drug screens here” followed by the next shorter much chubbier non English speaking lady (boom; twice) said “no no no not here!!.” I Didn’t say a word; I’m not Gunna argue with 2 women at 7am speaking broken English cause I’ve heard them talk plenty before so they can act dumb like they don’t know what I’m saying. So went to a walk in Labcorp on Mason Cr in fort myers and was taken back immediately; and left probably in all of 10 minutes as a walk in. Again.. by a tech that didn’t speak great English but knows proper etiquette. This isn’t the first review I have written about this specific Walgreens and now Labcorp but you need to get your SH together or get closed down."

"I’m pregnant and came to get glucose testing done. I called their customer service number prior to arrival to confirm everything. They said as long as my dr transferred over my lab order I can walk in and get it done. They have kiosks to sign in on then you have to sit and wait for your name to be called. When I first got there only two people were ahead of me. As I was waiting more people came in and ended up getting called ahead of me. Almost an hour passed by before one of the techs came out and asked me my name and for paperwork. Once I told her that my dr had transferred the information over and the type of test I needed she claimed they don’t do those tests there. My cousin went to the del prado location a few months ago to get the same test done while she was pregnant so I’m not understanding how this is any different. When I told her that she acted as if I was lying and said she must’ve went to the actual labcorp location. No. I’m really annoyed and disappointed at the false information provided by their customer service. They should let you know up front whether or not they do certain tests. Nothing but a huge waste of time. Also, the floors are absolutely filthy and the waiting area only has 4 chairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all."
