"Never answers the phone to see if they even take my appointment."
"Great staff friendly however not very knowledgeable about my procedure. Went for a free consultation for PRP injection for my knee and they could not tell me the platelet concentration. They normally range between 2 and 8 times normal count. The concentration is very important for successful treatment and the practitioner was not able to tell me. Still waiting for the follow-up. Tried calling there three times since, only got a machine. Left a message still not return call. Seems like Only staff there. Not impressed. You want confidence when when choosing medical care and at $750 per shot ( not covered by ins.)you want to know its going to make you better. Thanks for the reply but not all prp shots are the same and due to the fact that you couldnt tell me how concentrated the platelets are doesnt instill much confidence. Its a basic simple question and the success of the treatment depends on it. Watch Jefferey Peng M.D. on youtube he is very knowledgable on the treatment"
