"So far we've called four times, one was past 4:30 so they were closed. The second time I called I went directly into the lee health hold line with the woman saying press one for appointment or question, then was on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected after they closed. So, the next time I called at 4:05 and was on hold for 35 minutes, and, you guessed it, I was disconnected AGAIN and when I called back I got an answering service, who has a woman who sounded like she had a mouthful of food, very hard to understand, and she told me that it was impossible that I was on hold for 35 minutes before I was disconnected. I, at this point, blew my top and yelled that I HAVE PROOF it is right on my cell phone, the time I called and the time spent on call. unfortunately, I called another urologist and the soonest they can get in is August. SO, I just called these guys again, and, yep, ON HOLD!! ^*^&*&^%(*& no one answers phone, it goes straight to hold, I can repeat what the recording says by heart I've heard it so much..."thank you for calling Lee health... our four hospitals... wide range of services... lee physicians group, yada yada yada I've now been on hold 12 minutes and am hanging up. what a joke!"
"I have nothing but high praise for everyone I have encountered here. The waiting area is comfortable and roomy. The staff is very courteous and efficient. Dr. Strickland is such a good doctor! He explains everything and answers all questions. He is proactive in assisting me with my long term health goals while also being pragmatic and attentive to my concerns."
