"Dr. Lotspeich is about the nicest man you'll meet. He's detailed, respectful, patient, and caring -- a real pro. He has many years of experience, and he shoots you straight. The prices are extremely fair, and they do a lot as part of the eye exam. He spends plenty of time examining you and reviewing your history, and he is conscientious about getting your prescription just right."
"I was told they were quite busy and had to schedule an appointment for a week and a half away. I was quoted a figure. I came in for my appointment to find out I was lowballed and must spend considerably more money! And then told me they couldn’t do what I originally asked after seeing that good. And as I was leaving they said oh no we could do it I misunderstood which of course was nine cents they wanted to sell me new frames!! And then started laughing at me and the negative attitude began, they were very disrespectful wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!"
