"Charged me 150$ for a 20 minute FACETIME CALL. Absolutely laughable how money hungry these people are"

"They will charge you for appointments you never requested. After a couple of months of therapy, I decided not to schedule more appointments. Two weeks after my last session I received an appointment reminder text (which was very odd to me since I didn’t recall making any appointment). Either way, I called the front desk to cancel it. Two weeks later I received another text and this is when I was 100% sure I didn’t make any appointment. I called the front desk again to cancel it and I specifically requested not to schedule more appointments without my consent. They said it was because the “recurring” appointment system they were scheduled automatically, which I asked to cancel that. Two weeks later, guess what? Another reminder. I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything and had to reach out directly to my therapist, which I did. I’ve been receiving bills at my home for “no-show” appointment. After at least three calls to the front desk they told me they were going to take care about that bill since I did t request the appointment. Guess what? They didn’t take care of it. Now they’re telling me I had to reach out directly (again) to my therapist to fix this. I won’t call again to this place and I won’t pay for something I never asked for. The management team and the front desk of this place are not accountable for anything other than collect money at any cost. If you’re struggling and need a therapist, you’re not alone and everything will be all right at the end, just look for help somewhere else, not in this place."

"My son started coming here for the neurofeedback which he did over 20 sessions. Which the insurance did not cover so it was all out of pocket. I have to do the best for my son which he did improve. So when school ended I spoke with Dr. Harris and asked if my son can do once a week instead of two sessions a week. So he said that my son can do once a week but making that session a little bit longer then normal. So I called the front desk and explained to them what Dr. Harris and I spoke about and what he recommended for the one session a week. But they were not able to schedule me because they needed to know how long that one session would be. So they transferred me to Dr. Harris voice mail so that I can asked the doctor to tell his staff how long that one session a week would take. So fast forward leaving an additional three more voice mails and no response BY ANYONE FROM THE OFFICE. So I was like let my wife call and leave a voice pertaining to this matter and a month later to my surprise NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE FROM THAT OFFICE. It is a shame since you are going there twice a week and paying $75 a session they will call you right away but since it was one session a week it became not important any more for the help my son was getting from there. What matters in this office is MONEY!!! If you are seeking any help for your little ones look for a place that takes pride in helping them. I know it is all a business but some place take pride in helping. Not this office! Since the last review I wrote here and when we saw Dr. Harris he was so pressing to write a Google review and still no call back or the doctor will call you back this week. NOTHING FOR THE WELL BEING OF YOUR KIDS DO NOT HAVE THEM COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT."

"This place has become a neurofeedback factory, they have a lot of rooms which they use everyday all day, very dirty by the way- the whole operation is so impersonal, unprofessional you see students more than you ever see your therapist! the modus operandi of how these people treat patients is terrible, they spend all day recruiting new patients for neurofeedback which generates a lot of easy money for them without any effort of actually treating a patient. one personal appointment and that is it you are sent to the production line of neurofeedback and never know if rhey are actually monitoring your session and progress"

"Beware !!! Weston Psychology Associate and Alma Center LLC same office. The Billing Department (Maria ) She very rude, Lie, to the customer and she very Smart to do fraud claim to the insurance and offered charge to credit card. Please don’t give any Authorization to your Credit Card or to call your Insurance. Please make sure check your benefits with your Insurance for your cover, because she lying and don’t give any authorization billing department to call your insurance to check your benefit or automatic charge to your credit card, building department lie, offer charge, make a fraud claim to the insurance. Please be careful check your bill every time and always ask the receipt every time you make payment . Please be careful !!!!"
