"The staff are friendly, and Dr Manny is polite and respectful. My issue with this office is the way health care is handled in general. I booked an appointment with Dr Manny solely for the purpose of getting a scary bump checked out in my arm. As soon as I told them I booked to see two PCPs in order to get my medication prescribed (Dr Manny couldn’t prescribe it), they told me they could not care for me any more. With two appointments with Dr. Manny, I never got the bump checked out. It was a complete waste of my time, as I knew I was healthy in all the aspects they wanted to check out (weight, blood pressure, blood and urine tests). I get the feeling they prioritize money over their patients health. Now I have to go to another doctor and restart the process because of their ‘policy’. Thanks for wasting my time. Christian P.S. they never pick up calls. They do eventually return them though within the day."

"Dr. Hernandez was my family Dr for years. He was kind and compassionate. He always listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I never waited more than 5 minutes to see him. He was one of my favorite Dr's. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. Btw...the office staff and nurses are just as great. Ty Dr Hernandez."

"Do not recommend at all! One of the most uncaring Doctors I have ever known! Front office staff rude and will never pick up your calls to then put the blame on you for no show!! I am so glad I no longer go to him and have established with an amazing Doctor where I should have gone first!! I agree with the other review all he does is sit down and gives you his back to type in his computer and doesn’t pay close attention to you. Another thing, forget about him examining you that will never happen! He prefers to refer you out to other specialists! No care for his patients at all! Horrible experience! No wonder his office is always empty with no patients, because everyone leaves!!!! Don’t waste your time!!! Get you a caring Doctor.."

"My experience with Dr. Manny was very positive. He does not have 10 rooms with patients waiting. There was a patient leaving when I arrived and I was taken back a couple minutes later. I received a very thorough exam and also an EKG which my primary has never done before. Friendly staff. Pleasant experience. (As far as seeing your dr can go)"
