"I am in the processof opening up my bussiness, Went to the store to show document and proof that its a real company. The lady was very helpful, the manager was not at all. He said I did not have the right documents. Sad because if you would have taken 10 min of your time to ask me what documents you needed, I would shown them to you on my laptop I had with me .. it was close to 8pm I think he just wanted to go home ... worse service ever . I will take my bussiness some where else ... Don't judge it books by it cover ... Never again"
"I went in to have my screen protector replaced and the sales associate broke my phone case. The manger said that he could not do anything about it because he was not there. The sales associate was dishonest and said that he could not recall if he broke my phone case but then proceeded to follow me out of the store and tell me to contact the company for a new case. If you bring your phone to this location please do not let them walk away with it."
"Upgraded my iPhone to the new 15 Pro. Calvin the manager assisted me right away even when they were slammed. James did a great job setting up my phone and getting me taken care of. Went back the following day and once again Calvin helped me right away with my trade-in and answered all my questions and I was in and out. Very professional and friendly staff. You can tell this store is VERY well managed."
"This is a busy corporate store. They need an employee who just runs a register to assist people, like myself, who just came in to buy a new charging cord. They had 3 staff on, but it was hard to tell because they wear business casual instead of a uniform shirt."
