"I came to her for ADHD testing and only went for an evaluation and the first part of a testing. During the so called evaluation I arrived about 10 minutes late because she is not very close to where I lived she was very obviously bothered by that and visibly upset the entire appointment and while asking me questions she was very condescending. When asking me deeply person questions about my mental health she would cut me off and say things like I asked for a yes or no question, or I didn’t ask for the backstory I asked a direct question, and it made me feel really uncomfortable and nervous to be telling someone such personal details who was disinterested providing a welcoming environment or listening the my explanation to a question, because those questions aren’t just black and white. She made sure to also mention she needed to leave early and that I put her behind. Hoping to get results on finding out if I had ADHD I went to my next appointment. During this testing for a literal attention deficit she was answering. Phone calls and typing on her laptop, which feels really unprofessional and I feel would distract anyone trying to focus. After the second appointment I was over it and when I checked my patient portal I was being billed multiple times for dates before my first appointment. I then had to call her and kind of argue that I didn’t do a no call no show and that my first appointment was after that date. A year later I logged into the parent portal from an email and there are 3 bills from totally different dates for 159$ 20$ & 10$ I contacted her through the chat and she proceeded to tell me she didn’t see what dates and charges I was talking about on her end even though it’s her website and gave me 3 different dates with new more expensive charges and began to lecture me about deductibles I contacted my insurance and it turns out she never submitted the claims finally when I threatened to report her to my insurance for fraud and false billing she spoke to my insurance provider and made it out to be a reference number mistake and that my insurance doesn’t do dedúceles and that I only owe two copay. It was really upsetting to be spoken down to and treated that way by her especially someone trying to scam me under false reference numbers without billing my insurance. Always do your research when being billed. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone."
