"An A+ experience. Seldom in the arena of "Therapy" can it be quantified or truly measured to a level of success. I have had claustrophobia my entire life but as I have gotten older it has worsened. I was recently hire for a job and I did not realize some of the job training would require Very Dark & Close Quarter experiences. I failed the training and was removed from the training class but was afforded the opportunity to recycle. I was informed "Pass or be Terminated". After several short sessions of therapy I was not cured of my claustrophobia but given skills to get through the training.
