"I was sent wrong item, and returned it in April 2021. I still have not received refund. Customer Service is horrible!!! I’m so glad I did not choose Abeka’s Homeschool. I went with Varsity Tutors School at Home and both my son and I love it! I recommend Abeka to have rating for their customer service reps after every call. My problem is still not resolved after 45 mins today on phone with customer service. I would give 1/2 star if I could. I should of read reviews before I ordered from Abeka! My advice…don’t spend any money on this school!"

"If I can give Abeka a negative star, I would. I enrolled my three children with Abeka back in August and I have not recieved their books but they are charging me. I have emailed many times with no response. When I call, I am on hold for hours with no answer. When I do talk to someone, they have excuses has to why we don't have our books. When you are placed on hold ro speak to a different department, you have to start the hold process again. It has been very frustrating for my children and I. My children keep asking when do they start school because they do not want a repeat of last year where they could never catch up (my 11 year old had a melt down over it). It was very stressful for all of us. I have been looking into other programs even though the children want to do Abeka due to familiarity (school house teacher seems to be our next option). I am starting a Better Business Bureau (BBB) case about my situation, hopefully they will help me make progress. I just don't understand how a business can start changing you without receiving any service from them. I have been charged two months now. I can't get a hold of someone to change my order, stop changing me, and give me a refund. I would not do their online accredited program as they make it stressful with all the requirements. And if your child is late turning something in, they charge you $20 each time without any notice. You would be better off going to a public school. My son has been doing dual enrollment from a university in GA, but they won't take dual enrollment credits unless it's from their monopolized school, University of Pensacola. My son had to do all the Abeka classes on top of take college classes for courses he has already passed in college. DO NOT DO THEIR ACCREDITED PROGRAM. I have used Abeka books for 11 years but just recently tried their online ACCREDITED program, so a am very knowledgeable. I have been try to drop my son from this program but yet again, i am unable to reach anyone."
