"being hasty is an understatement. we were out just as fast as we were admitted. he is not a pediatric ent for one... so he shouldnt have been sent to us to begin with. for two, he did not listen to me when i told him where the bead in her ear was or how close to the opening it was sitting (i was able to see it in its entirety and even able to somewhat touch it before he touched her). he shoved his tools in, at the entirely wrong angles, and definitely too far in. he pushed the bead further into her ear, to where i can no longer see it with my own eyes.... caused her pain that wasnt there before, made her ear bleed, then told me to find an ent specialist in the next 2 days. ive been unable to find a spot that takes her insurance or a place that has an opening, all places are booked until January/feb. thanks Vincent. we will not be seeing you again."

"I had to take my son to the ER in the middle of the night for an allergic reaction. He was hasty in approach. When he said my son could go home, I expressed my concern about my son's swollen lip which he retorted "If you want, I can give him some epi". He's the doctor, I was looking to him for his professional opinion and reassurance that my son could go home safely. I did not get that."
