"If you are the parent of a Black child, stay away at all costs from this lady. Yesterday, my child had an appointment with her for the first time for an annual follow-up. She sent us a resident to conduct the examination. She did not even spend 1 minute with us, no blood work nothing. Although, my kid was clearly showing signs of asthma symptoms. Dr. Milla dismissed all that and decided my kid needed another kind of follow-up. What has been happening to us over the past few hours is one of the cruelest experiences for a Black family to experience in Florida."
