"The visit, assistant that took vitals, tech that took blood and doctor were fine. What I did not appreciate was the other staff talking about their personal business (not taking their birth control and might be pregnant and cursing (B#$%^, what the F$#%,) along with other explicit curse words in a place of business surrounding children. and the fact that now they have to sign in/out via computer and not the time clock and being irritated by that, customer service is key. Discuss that on your off time or when clients are not around. The Skylake location needs to do better on their staff training with customer service and speech Etiquette."
