"Front office is horrendous and seems to hate you. Coin flip on if someone answers the phone - after hours in unreliable and during the day when they do answer, you get a major attitude, maybe even an argument and they do not pass along messages to the Doctor or NP. Had to write a negative review to get a call back after 3 weeks of attempts. Thought I’d take my negative review down now that I heard back but feel it is my duty to warn others. Unprofessional from start to finish. This is all true although writing it in this review and seeing it seems surreal"

"We love Dr. Bernstein and Gitty (the PA) - They are reasonable and thorough. The office is older and the front office staff can seem a little rough around the edges, but we absolutely love coming here and we love the care they give our son. If the office is closed, they also have your call routed to a nurse line to answer any questions you have and if very serious, they will reach out to Dr. Bernstein on off hours. Dr. Bernstein has been in practice for many years, but also stays current with the information she provides and studies she references. We truly love her approach and the personal attention she provides."

"Have come here for almost 2 years, really only saw the doctor once. It really was why I started coming here as she was recommended. Once here I was happy with the Practitioner’s care but the front staff leaves something to be desired. Very strange for some one that works with kids and their parents. The last few times, especially with the Covid parameters person is very short and impatient. Really makes me not want to go there they are so undesirable. We came early today and we’re left outside without any update or care that we were waiting with a baby and toddler and when we got here were barked at to put mask on even though we weren’t even going inside any time soon. I really have no desire to come back here. I have my own practice and there is no need to be so rude. We may all be stressed but it is not the patient’s fault. They have no awareness how you are running your business and they are trusting you with something precious which is our kids."

"Dr. Bernstein, Summer and Gitty (the PAs) have provided my two children exceptional care. They are loving and compassionate always and are there to answer all of our questions. When both my children were born Dr.B came to see us everyday and made us feel so calm. Summer, has always made going to the dr fun for my son and has been excellent in providing the best care for our new baby. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do for our family!"
