"I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatrician's office. First off, despite Florida state law clearly stating that newborns are covered under the mother’s insurance for the first 30 days, the staff here insisted on asking if my 3-day-old had insurance, which is impossible. When I tried to explain this and provide my insurance information, they simply brushed me off with a dismissive, "we don’t do that here” and charged me $85. I was recommended to see Dr. Andino, but they shuffled me off to Dr. Gonzalez. While she seemed nice, the lack of communication and professionalism quickly became apparent. I was assured that I could call with any questions, but when I did, I was met with silence. Despite multiple attempts, the doctor never returned my calls, leaving me feeling ignored and anxious about my newborn’s health. When I finally managed to speak to someone in the office the following week, I was told that I needed a telehealth appointment for even the simplest of concerns, contradicting what I was initially told. Promised callbacks for collecting copayments and sending telehealth appointment links never materialized, leaving me frustrated and concerned for my baby's well-being. The lack of proper communication, disregard for state regulations, and overall poor bedside manner exhibited by this office is truly unacceptable. As first-time parents navigating the already daunting world of newborn care, the last thing we need is to be treated like an inconvenience. I will be seeking care elsewhere and would strongly advise others to do the same."

"I was recommended to dr. Andino for being a good pediatrician. I have been trying to make an appointment over the phone for more than a week so that my son can have his checkup. It's always busy, or they put me on hold and never respond, they hang up on me, or they tell me that they can't make the appointment for me because they don't work in the Office. It is a shame that because of the workers at The Office that the doctor loses the opportunity to get a new patient. As a result of that I decided to go to another doctor."
