"Used to be great when Dr G was there. (Dr Roland Gutierrez) unfortunately since he retired this is the worst possible pediatrician practice. Monika NP launched into a full on lecture to me and the kids over our maybe 1x a month chick fil a visit. She was banned from seeing my kids per my request. Then annual visit 2020 we’ll check. The pediatrician spent a full 5-7 minutes talking about the fact that my healthy 12 year old needing medical testing about possibly having health complications and being “too small” (I’m mom and I’m 5’ 1” on a good day 95lbs super petite healthy adult) then promptly turned around and said to her face “wow! You’re quite the porker aren’t you!?!!” Shocked stunned silence. Daughter erupts into sobs and runs to the bathroom followed by her 10 yr old sister whose 4” taller than me and a healthy 110lb soccer player. My stunned silence didn’t last long. I quietly angrily gathered my children and left. After leaving a ton of google reviews we got a callback from Dr. Tommy and a request to bring them back to allegedly “apologize” that appointment went well. NOT! He suggestion our children have a mental health evaluation. (Their father is licensed mental health counselor with his doctorate!) our eldest has a well documented genuine phobia of needles. He insisted she needed the cervical cancer vaccine (she’s fully vax’d!) And we declined that one. He INSISTED to the point they left to prepare said vaccine anyway!!! At which point our eldest had a full on Panic Attack. They called her a baby! Thank God my husband (step dad) is in the medical field. He went out and told them we had CLEARLY declined! And her panic attack was entirely their fault. To say the very least. if you love your children…DO NOT take them to any of their offices!!!! My kids are now TERRIFIED of any and all doctors. The “porker” is my 5” mini me."

"I took my daughter earlier today to see dr. Frontano, and we waited a good 45 minutes, for her just to spend 5 minutes with my daughter. When she came into the room, there was no apology or acknowledgment of being late with my daughter. I spoke with her medical assistant after the visit, and she neither apologize for the doctor behavior neither for the medical practice. She just made a comment that they were pretty busy and under staff. I told her that this was our first and last appointment with their practice since there is no respect for their patients. They just lost my business and we would look for another pediatrician."

"Would not recommend only because they don’t let you get refills on prescriptions without scheduling a whole appointment every single month to milk you of your money. I even asked to at least get 3 months worth of my prescription and they told me they would but when I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready they told me I had no refills! Complete waste of your time and honestly pretty stressful!"

He was born very premature, and Dr. Abreu and Monika Pis, ARNP have taken excellent care of him, addressed my concerns, and closely monitored his development over the past 3 years. Their support staff is always pleasant both on the phone and in person. We always get in same day for sick visits, with very short wait times and high quality care.
