"Dr. Colaizzo is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever met with. He told me that my daughters 37 page autism diagnosis was "not real", "she doesn't have autism" and the only reason people get diagnosed is to "get government benefits" I wish I were making this up, but this man is completely heartless and I refuse to let my children near him again."

"I sent my husband today instead of me because it’s borderline abusive. He came back today… “first time meeting him, last time we are all seeing him” Doctor criticizes choices you make. My family chose a slow slow slow route to vaccinate my child because she was diagnosed with autism. This is all new to us… he just said people usually misdiagnose children to get “benefits from the government.” As if we were here misdiagnosing my child to make sure we spend each day doing ABA therapy for free because that’s our goal in life. Yep. To get free therapy instead of spending family time at the park. That’s our goal apparently. Never going back."

"I love Dr. Colaizzo and his staff. They are so kind and always squeeze my boys in when a last minute sickness pops up. They do their best to accomodate first visit of day for wellness visits so that the office isn't full of germs yet. Dr. Colaizzo is extremely educated and shares his knowledge and background with helpful stories. At the same time, he lets you make your own decisions as a patient/parent which is so appreciated. I always recommend him to all my parent friends in the area."

"This office should be shut down for many reasons and Dr. Philip Colaizzo's unprofessional behavior should result in the loss of his job. Our first two appointments the doctor was over an hour late when there was no other patients in the office, we excused this at the time but after today's outburst... we will no longer be going to this office. Today I was unable to attend my son's 2 month appointment, so my wife went along with our infant. The doctor was also over an hour late today. When finally arriving for the check up, Dr. Colaizzo cursed out my wife and yelled at her over a simple question. He continually cursed her out while examining my son with the door open for any bystanders to watch. The outburst by Dr. Colaizzo was so bad, the front desk apologized to my wife as she walked out. When I heard of what happened I immediately called the office asking if the events were true. They validated my wife's story and apologized profusely for the Doctor's actions. Unfortunately in this case, the apology means nothing when the unprofessional behavior continues to be a problem as you can see from the other negative reviews this office has. My main question for Doctor Colaizzo would be, Do you always verbally abuse women? or do you wait for them to be alone, without their husband, to take advantage of your "power?""

"We had an excellent 1st visit. They were amazing with my daughter and were very accepting of my choice to delay some vaccines as my daughter had a terrible reaction to some of them when we lived in a different state. I am medical as well and probably ask more questions than the average parent but they were beyond gracious. I also did not feel rushed. I am so thankful this practice was recommended to us."
