"the office never answers the phone at all. If you call multiple times they continue to ignore you. It's usually around 9-10:00 and 1:00-4:00. My daughter has been having issues and this office refuses to answer the phone. However the doctors are great."

"Dr Carcamo is absolutely amazing. He is very thorough in every visit. He takes time to listen (actually listen to the parents concerns), then adresses them one by one. He explains every aspect of his evaluation, how the illness is affecting your child, how the body is reacting to it, and finally why he is givinig him/her any given medicine. We had 4 pediatricians prior to Dr Carcamo, we can compare and he is by far the best. He is a keeper. If your concern and argument is wait time, shame on you. No doctor that takes 10 minutes per visit evaluates with such care and attention. If you want your child to be just another record, look for a speedy doc. If you want him to be a loved patient, this is your doc. The office staff is the same, very caring and sweet with the kids. And yes, they also take their time to talk to each kiddo and make them feel great, even when sick. Arlene, the receptionist, and Luz the nurse are gems."

"Dr. Carcamo and his office staff have always been kind and welcoming. Dr. Carcamo listens to our opinions and has never degraded or made us feel beneath him, unlike our two prior pediatric doctors. My child adores Dr. Carcamo and so do I. In 3 years we've never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. Highly recommend Dr. Carcamo and his office."

"This office was the first and only pediatrician that my children have been going to since moving to the city approx 5 yrs ago. While I trust the care that the physician provides I almost always have the same experience. We get called back no less than 1 hour after our appt time and once in the exam room its another 30+ mins before we see the Dr. As a working mother of 3 sitting at a physicians office for 2 hours is not an efficient use of time especially when most times all three kids are NOT being seen at the same time."
