"Dr Lopez is a great doctor, and he truly care about his patients, now after they did all the switches they did, the staff working now in that office is very unprofessional . They truly do not help as much as before. to answer a simple call it take a couple of rings before someone answers and some time they just put you straight to hold with being polite enough to ask you to wait. Its a shame that having such an amazing doctor, they have a group of people in the front working for him."

"Doctor Emilio Lopez is amazing but u have to wait a lot to see him. The nirses are nice too. The customer service girls in the front are horrible!!! I have had the worst experience ever with the office staff. After 3 years I give up and I am finding another doctor. They never pick up the phone and if u have an emergency forget it they will never answer!!!! I am so tired of fighting with the front desk’S girls. They always have such an actitud. I called them to make sure they send my son’s prescription to the right pharmacy and they did not. I went to 3 different ones looking for it. When I finally found it the were closed. My kids stayed without medicine. I called and leave a message in the answering service and they never called me back. I am so tired of this. I am not coming back to there. This is the last thing they do!!!!! Do not go there!!!!! Updated 03/13/2019 The customer service has improved a lot since there are new staff in the front desk!!!"

"THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! The office manager does NOT even bother to return phone calls!! Absolutely APPALLING!! Doctors are actually good but good luck trying to get records or a referral or even to get through!!! I can not express what horrible service and hardship this office has caused me!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter is backed up on her vaccines, needs to see a specialist and I can only reach these people if you go in person!!! NO EMPATHY!!!"

"Dr lopez is amazing. He's my son doctor since birth. he spends time explaining everything i need to know about my son. thr nurses are great. they treat my baby as theirs. only thing I do not like are the 2 women in front desk. they are always with bad attitude. If i take my son there without appt because of he's sick, they treat you so bad. only thing i keep bringing him here is because of emilio. he's so nice."

"Dr. Lopez is the best, he is extremely helpful and spends time with me explaining my concerns and making sure my 3 kids are healthy. The only BIG PROBLEM they have is who ever is in charge of answering the phone never does!! its every difficult to get an appointment by phone or even the less answer a concern you may have over the phone. It takes me a whole day to finally get someone on the phone to set up an appointment."
