"Had an urgent tele visit for my little baby at 10.30am with Sophia Khan, once we logged in there were 5 patients in front of us, we waited for an hour and had 1 patient in front of us. Once our turn came doctor just hang up on me and marked appointment as "According to our records, this visit has already occurred". Doctor has excess to phone number but didn't try to even reach me...Now we need to reschedule our urgent appointment.... Very sad when urgent for baby and parents are not urgent for doctor at all. Unprofessional..."

"My children have been attending Pediatric Associates all their lives, the oldest is now 20. The others are teenagers. This Dr doesn't represent the brand or vision of this company.i have never in all my years of getting my children Health Care dealt with such a rude, arrogant, insensitive, dismissive & uncouthness from a Health Care worker let alone a Dr. As parents when our children are sick or in need of medical attention to help them feel at ease or quickly get them back to health, we want someone who cares and who shows empathy and respect for the patient and situation. Well, this Doctor does not. I'm even too ashamed to call her a Doctor. This lady consistently dismissed my concerns, cuts me off while talking, seemingly didn't care about my daughter's file for the history of her health. She literally doesn't listen and continues to talk while the parent is talking. She does this in front of the child during the visits esp when you're questioning her answers or giving your own insight. It is almost like she goes in a tyrant position. She refused to PROPERLY treat the patient and create a horrible, uncomfortable, frustrating dynamic in front of my child during the appointment. She was a totally embarrassment to her profession and the organization. I could continue with details on this visit but, I truly believe this Doctor patients/parents need to be interviewed esp those on Tele Visitations. I don't ever recommend her to anyone and will NEVER allow any of my children to be seen by her."

"Dr. Khan was amazing! She was very kind, professional, and super informative. She explained everything to me in minute detail so I understood exactly what was going on with my baby. That’s extremely important to me as a parent. She was also reassuring and interactive with my son. Such a great experience with her. Thank you Dr. Khan, you are an amazing healthcare professional!"

"Dr Khan was very rude and insensitive. we were made to wait for more then an hour, and when she came in , I complained about that , but it seems she didn't like it .she was very very rude. She didn't ask my daughter anything for her problems .....I was amaze to see a doctor behaving like that.I hope she was anything but a pediatrician ! I am not going to her ever and will advise all other parents to do the same!"

"Most of the times we take time to leave a review only when we have had a bad experience, but rarely do we go ahead and leave a positive comment on someone/something after having a good experience. Well I am here today to leave my feedback about Dr. Khan, ever since we walked into pedriatric associates (Weston, FL office) she has been beyond great! Always so professional, understanding and kind! As a first time mom I surely had a lot of questions and concerns, same to which she always replied with patience, love and kindness. Not only in the first visit, but every single visit! I am so glad God put her on our path to rise our little boy nice and healthy on the hands of the best pediatrician! I am not sure why there are some negative reviews about her out there, and if you happen to come accross them, please ignore them and give her the chance to impress you! I went to Pediatric Associates first looking for another Dr (who had great reviews) and that day happened that he wasnt available, and she was, so she took us immediately, and took care of our baby (preemie) in the most professional and kind way! She also always asks how mommy is doing, which is very nice considering everything you are going through as a mom on the first weeks! I highly recommend this pediatrician! Att. Michelle Egred"
