"My family cannot thank doctor Martinez enough. He is extremely thorough. After going through many different doctor's offices and not being able to find answers for my son, doctor Martinez exhausted every test available, to make sure we could receive answers. A year later my newborn was 5 days old and Dr. Martinez, without a shadow of a doubt, saved her life. Again, we are eternally grateful for him and his love and care for our children. PD: Yes wait times sometimes are long, but I will absolutely wait however long it takes as long as my children and their health are well taken care of."

"We took our newborn here for their first checkup and had bad vibes all around. The medical assistant was asking my wife if the babies weight and length sounded accurate. The front desk asked if we had an insurance card with the newborns name on it (of course not, they're a newborn). They use old paper files and prescription slips instead of doing things electronically (they seem outdated and aren't interested in changing with the times). We called their office numerous times and the phone lines were busy. Their voicemail box was full when I was finally able to get through to them. The doctor asked my wife very brash questions like "why are you so serious" and "you seem irritated" when she was breastfeeding our baby while quietly listening to the doctor, but not having the need to ask questions since she works in healthcare and is a veteran parent. He seemed offended by our lack of questions. I would not recommend taking your children here. You'll likely get CPS called on you in retaliation if you choose to switch to a different pediatrician."
