"Had an appointment left work early had a 40 minute drive there waited 15 minutes was told doctor out call back in 2 hours an ask if the doctor back yet doctor was still out and could not see my child had to reschedule call to reschedule was on hold 20 minutes so I hung up call back the next day same over 20 minutes on hold had to hang up again 3 day I called on hold again this time just 16 minutes alright we have an appointment in December WOW! Thats a month away a month away"

"Dr. Joslyn is incredible beyond words. I've been a patient of the practice for almost 20 yrs. Intially seeing Mrs.Diane Byrd for my reg ob needs. And only because of complications trying to concieve and high risk diagnosis did I switch to Dr. J..yes a male private parts doc...I'm super shy,at least not very comfortable with anything beyond G rated,..let's put it this way,..I blush watching a tampon commercial forget about a sex scene ...I don't care who's in the room,.. might as well be in 6th grade sex Ed,with my first crush...! Needless to say not super excited to run into the lady doctor office,..and whoah all bets off when I I knew a baby was coming in 9months ready or not. And yeah no where near bikini body ready!!?!lol.. All joking aside,.I tried for almost 3years with a unfortunate miscarriage my very pregnancy,.. which the thought never crossed my mind,.I was healthy, and married, settled down, some what financially secure, and excited. Only 10 weeks along,but being married 7years , having told anyone who would listen,.names picked out and nursery practically painted,. I was ready for anything and everything , except for the possibility of the first ultrasound and no heartbeat. The machine must have been broken,or these people must have me confused with someone else!?!,..I was wrong, heartbroken beyond any words I can describe. But I honestly could not have been in better hands. From the beginning until recovery the doctors,nurses , assistans , front desk, and yes even the financial department..we're truly kind, and wether it was spoken from a scriptor heart.i was comforted as if I was family. And just as I thought my life could not go on. God, Modern medicine,and the professional extremely experienced staff at PPC in cape Coral ) blessed me with the successful pregnancy of my true first love,.a perfectly healthy and truly the cutest little precious baby boy (and no I am not just saying that because he's mine!!!no ugly duckling complex with this momma,.!! I have the honor of the best most rewarding career in life ...A mother. And I am not a paid client or bribed with any coupons or truthfully any benefits to toot someone's horn,. but I thought that if by some chance a woman or young lady who was trying to find the right "down there" doc ,..I can't say enough great things about the practice and every doctor /nurse,or part of the team in the building has their own special gift. And did I mention that under extreme circumstances (4:30 am on a Saturday morning,. after 20 hrs of unsuccessful labor that was supposed to be induced on Monday being I was 40 weeks and just plain ready)..but suprise contractions started on Friday morning,..and a terrible turn for the worst,my son had a hard time breathing and life or death circumstances called for a C-section at 430 am...and without coffee, and no complaining I could hear,..in a truthfully panicked situation my Dr.was at my side in minutes and as cool as a cucumber. Miracles do happen... but not all by themselves..if you don't take my word for it, you can Google how many babies this talented team successfully delivers...I am forever grateful for all of their staff. !! good luck and God bless"
