"I have taken my children to Dr. Maria Mena for many years. The front office always has plenty of toys to play with, tv on, and is always nice and neat. The receptionist is always polite. The triage room is always kept neat and clean. When my kids have to go to the restroom, the bathroom is pristinely clean. Dr. Maria Mena herself is wonderful. She always listens to my concerns with my children and helps me take excellent care of my children's health. I always recommend her to anyone who needs a pediatrician. I have always seen qualified health professionals working under Dr. Maria Mena. Never have I seen a teenager working in her office and I have taken my kids to her for 5+ years."

"Will not be coming back. Office is old and very dirty. One small waiting room, which means the sick kids are sitting with the healthy kids. I was very unsettled sitting in the waiting room with my newborn. Although we had an appointment we waited almost an hour just to be put in a room. Staff was nice but I felt like the pediatrician did not really care for my concerns regarding my baby being colic."

"I’ve been taking my kids here for 6 years and just had a terrible experience with staff. My appt was at 8:30, I got there 10 mins early. A nurse walks in the door at 8:45 and the doctor pulls in the parking lot at 9am. I’m all for waiting for a doctor that’s seeing other children but when you’re sitting there for 40 mins and not even a courtesy “we’re running a little behind” is a little ridiculous. Unless you have all day to sit and wait I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"She has an awesome staff. Clean bathrooms. Clean office. There are toys and a tv in waiting room to keep kids busy. They care about their patients and send meds to the pharmacy to help get them faster. Bilingual for those who need a bilingual doctor (English and Spanish). Absolutely love their office!"

"The office isn't the fanciest and a bit dated by Dr. Mena and her staff are caring and allow the parent to take an active roll in decision making, they do not enforce ridiculous policies that leave the parents with no choice in regards to their child's care. I love them and will be taking our new baby there as well."
